Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. If you are not satisfied with our product, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.
 
JobResQ provides a spreadsheet of 300+ recruiter emails that job seekers can email blast with their resume. We guarantee that you will receive at least 10 responses from recruiters. If you do not receive at least 10 responses after emailing the recruiters, you may be eligible for a refund.
 
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:
 
  • You must have purchased our product directly from our website, jobresq.com.
  • You must have sent out all of the emails from the spreadsheet.
  • You must provide evidence that you had less than 10 responses, and provide screenshots of your outbound email, resume, and responses.
 
Please note that we do not provide a guarantee for emails that are blank or have unprofessional resumes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email and resume are of professional quality.
 
If you meet the above requirements and wish to request a refund, please email support@jobresq.com with the subject line “Refund Request” within 30 days of purchasing the product. Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
 
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
 
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this policy.
